1. Nature of Products
Salad Factory provides freshly prepared food and beverages. Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, food items once prepared and delivered cannot be returned.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to our preparation error:
- Please contact us immediately (within 30 minutes of receiving the order).
- Provide order details and, where possible, photographic evidence.
We may offer:
- Replacement of the incorrect item, or
- Refund for the specific item affected (at our discretion).
3. Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with your order:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt.
- Provide clear details of the concern.
After internal review, we may provide:
- A replacement item, or
- A partial/full refund depending on the situation.
All decisions will be made at the discretion of management after verification.
4. Third-Party Delivery Orders (Uber / PickMe)
- Refunds related to payment processing must be requested directly through the respective platform.
- Delivery delays or rider-related issues must be addressed with the platform.
Salad Factory is responsible only for food preparation quality.
5. Corporate & Bulk Orders
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled preparation time.
- If preparation has already begun, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund eligibility for large orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after preparation
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Failure to collect pickup orders
- Delays caused by third-party delivery services
- Minor variations in presentation
7. Refund Method
Where approved, refunds will be processed:
- Via the original payment method (if applicable), or
- Through the respective delivery platform
Processing time may vary depending on payment provider policies.
